How To Sell Cryptocurrency At A Cryptobase ATM

Step 1

Press 'Withdraw Cash' on the ATM screen

You will then be prompted to enter your mobile phone number. Press Continue. You’ll immediately receive a text message with the code needed for verification.

Step 2

Enter the code received on your phone

Next, you will need to set a pin/passcode (Any 4 digit access code of your choice).

Step 3

Select the type of coin you would like to sell

And enter the amount you would like to withdraw.

Step 4

Open your phone's wallet

You will be presented with a QR code where you will send the coins as well as the exact amount to send

To send the coins – Open up your wallet app to the coin selected in the previous step.

Choose SEND and then SCAN QR CODE

PLEASE DOUBLE CHECK. YOU MUST SEND THE EXACT AMOUNT OF COINS DISPLAYED ON THE SCREEN.

Step 5

Receive Funds.

Small Amounts: For small transactions, the cash is immediately dispensed.

Large Amounts: For large transactions, the ATM will wait for one Bitcoin network confirmation before cash is dispensed. There is no need to wait by the ATM, you will receive a text message with a “Redemption code” when your cash is ready to be picked up. This typically takes about 10 minutes. After receiving the text message, return to the ATM, choose “Redeem” and enter the Redemption code you just received.
